• <br /> RESOLUTION 87-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION REALLOCATING CDBG FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony deems it <br /> appropriate to attempt to fund the Kenzie Terrace Pedestrian <br /> Signal Project as soon as possible; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City attempted to complete funding of the Kenzie <br /> Terrace Pedestrian Signal Project through the Hennepin County <br /> CDBG Discretionary Fund and was unsuccessful; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds for the Housing Rehabilitation Program in St. <br /> Anthony have remained unexpended for several years. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby reallocates the 15,000 dollars remaining in <br /> Project 22932 (Housing Rehabilitation) to Project 22085 (Kenzie <br /> • Terrace Pedestrial Signal) . <br /> Adopted this day of rr} ci�/ 1987. <br /> ay r <br /> ATTEST: FCJ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
