The Clerk indicated it would be appropriate to <br /> consider the resolution setting forth the terms and conditions <br /> for the issuance of the $690,000 Liquor Store Revenue Bonds, <br /> Series 1987 , of the City, to be dated July 1, 1987 . A <br /> representative of Springsted Incorporated, financial <br /> consultants ' to the City, indicated that bids had been <br /> received at the offices of Springsted Incorporated for purchase <br /> of the Bonds in accordance with the Official Terms of <br /> Offering.
