• RESOLUTION 87-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for local improvements, Street <br /> Improvement #904, Storm Sewer Improvement #906, were previously <br /> adopted and certified to ' the County Auditor of Ramsey County; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, since such .adoption, certain property included in said <br /> assessment rolls has now been subdivided, resulting in Division <br /> No. DD060784. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony as follows: <br /> A.
