i RESOLUTION 87-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY TO ESTABLISH THE URBAN <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota and the County of <br /> Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County <br /> Contract No. 40452 , for the purposes of qualifying as an Urban <br /> County under the United States Department of. Housing and Urban <br /> Development Community Development Block Grant program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement <br /> and execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract <br /> No. 40452, be terminated effective September 30, 1987, and a new <br /> Joint Cooperation Agreement between the City and the County, <br /> County Contract No. 70493 , be executed effective October 1, 1987 , <br /> and that the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized to sign the <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a <br /> • vote being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: <br /> Marks, Ranallo, Sundland; Enrooth, and Makowske <br /> and, the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED <br /> THIS 28th DAY OF JULY, 1987. <br /> 'd <br /> Maor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: , <br /> Was <br /> City Manager <br /> i' J <br />
