• <br /> RESOLUTION 87-031 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPOINTMENT OF <br /> RICHARD ENROOTH TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, an opening on the Board of Directors of the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District has been announced and nominations sought; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Enrooth, currently a St. Anthony Village <br /> Councilmember, former Planning Commissioner and who was an active <br /> member of both the Rice Creek Watershed District' s 509 Task Force <br /> and the Middle Mississippi Watershed Committee, is seeking that <br /> office; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony feels <br /> that Richard Enrooth would be a valuable addition to the Water- <br /> shed District Board in providing stability, sound judgement and <br /> an unbiased perspective. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby strongly recommends to the Ramsey County <br /> Board of Commissioners the consideration of Richard Enrooth, 3300 <br /> Skycroft Drive 'N.E. , St. Anthony, Minnesota, for the upcoming <br /> appointment to the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of <br /> Directors. <br /> Adopted this 3 day of OA-0 k P—r __ 1987. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> ' ty Manager <br />
