• <br /> RESOLUTION 87-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING <br /> HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to motion of the Council passed July 22 , 1986, <br /> a report has been prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, <br /> Inc. (RCM) with reference to the improvement of St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard between the Burlington Northern Bridge and the southern <br /> City limits line to reconstruct the existing roadway with a new <br /> bituminous roadway with new curb and cutter and replacing <br /> existing catch basins and leads, and this report was received by <br /> the Council on January 27 , 1987. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. ANTHONY, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1 . The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an esti- <br /> mated total cost of the improvement of $440 ,000 . 00 . <br /> 2 . A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br /> on the 12th day of January, 1988 , in the Council Chambers <br /> of the City Hall at 8 : 00 P.M. and the Clerk shall give <br /> mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements <br /> as required by law. <br /> Adopted this gam" day of 1987. <br /> vow;, <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Pat".".
