RESOLUTION 88-051 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 1988 AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND AMERICAN <br /> FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL <br /> EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) COUNCIL 14, LOCAL 57, <br /> REPRESENTING THE ST.
