RESOLUTION 88-007 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 8th day of <br /> December, 1987 , fixed a date for a Council hearing on the <br /> proposed improvement of St. Anthony Boulevard between the <br /> Burlington Northern Railroad Bridge and the southern City limits <br /> line by reconstructing the existing roadway with a new bituminous <br /> roadway with new curb and gutter and replacing existing catch <br /> basins and leads , pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429. 011 <br /> to 429 . 111 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, ten days ' mailed notice and two weeks ' published notice <br /> of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the <br /> 12th day of January, 1988 , at which all persons desiring to be <br /> heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1 . Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br /> Council resolution adopted on the 8th day of December , <br /> 1987 . <br /> 2 . Rieke Carroll Muller , Associates is hereby designated as <br /> the engineer for this improvement.
