• <br /> RESOLUTION 88-009 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SHORT-ELLIOTT-HENDRICKSON, INC. <br /> TO PREPARE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE PROPOSED FOSS ROAD LIFT STATION <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> reviewed the feasibility and cost study prepared by Short- <br /> Elliott-Hendrickson for replacement of the Foss Road lift <br /> station; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined from the results of <br /> said study, with a preliminary cost estimate of $198 ,000 <br /> that the Foss Road lift station needs to be replaced. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby <br /> • authorizes Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. to prepare the <br /> plans and specifications for replacement of the Foss Road <br /> lift station ,on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this !Odlh day of 1988. <br /> j <br /> `Ma or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> � r <br />
