RESOLUTION 88-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR XIV <br /> URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY .DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony through execution of a Joint <br /> Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin County is a cooperating unit <br /> in the Urban County Community Development Block Grant Program. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has developed a proposal for the use of Urban <br /> .Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it; and <br /> WHEREAS, the following proposed. use of 'Community Development . <br /> Block Grant funds was developed consistent with program rules. <br /> Kenzie Terrace Pedestrian Signal Project $15,000 <br /> Kenzie Terrace Sidewalk Project $ 6 ,442 <br /> Senior Citizens Social Programs $ 3 ,780 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of St. Anthony approves the <br /> proposed„ use. of Year XIV Urban Hennepin County Community Develop- <br /> ment Block Grant funds and authorizes submittal of the proposal <br /> to Hennepin County for consideration by the Citizenry Advisory <br /> Committee and for inclusion of the Year XIV Urban Hennepin County <br /> Community Development Block Grant Statement of Objectives and <br /> Projected Use of Funds. <br /> Adopted this t-R9 day of Mar C-IN 1988. <br /> a r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> ;,, i r• CSS <br /> Reviewed for adriinistration: <br /> City Manager <br /> t <br /> { 1 <br />
