Cleaning rust from a tank or agitating sludge may cause release of <br /> toxic or flammable fumes. <br /> 11 . Training. Employees are expected to become and remain familiar with the <br /> terms of this policy. To assist employees in becoming familiar with the <br /> policy, the City will do the following: <br /> a. Provide copies of the "Confined Space Entry Checklist" to Public Works <br /> employees for *posting in City vehicles and adjacent to each confined <br /> space. <br /> b. A copy of the policy will be given to each employee and will be <br /> • reviewed, item-by-item, by the supervisor. <br /> c. An audio-visual presentation will be given to employees regarding <br /> confined space entry. <br /> d. Periodically, the supervisor will conduct work site inspections to <br /> assist employees in staying familiar with the policy. <br />
