• <br /> RESOLUTION 88-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING THE <br /> TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF THE PARKVIEW COMMUNITY <br /> CENTER PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 has <br /> determined that they desire to transfer title of the Parkview <br /> Community Center building and land located at 3301 Silver Lake <br /> Road to the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that ownership of <br /> the property be directly retained by the taxpayers of the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, negotiations with the School Board have resulted in <br /> acceptable terms for accomplishing the proposed ownership <br /> transfer (a summary of which is attached hereto) . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br /> ® of St. Anthony that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to <br /> prepare all documents relating to such transfer and the Mayor and <br /> ,City Manager are authorized to execute such documents based on <br /> the previously described terms of agreement between the City and <br /> School. <br /> Adopted this (� day of Par; 1 1988 . <br /> 6myo (j <br /> ATTEST: &�X <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
