• <br /> RESOLUTION 88-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO APPOINT A DEPUTY CLERK FOR THE 1988 <br /> PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is in the process of <br /> reconstructing its Administrative personnel due to the <br /> retirement of the Finance Director/City Clerk. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony hereby establishes the position of Deputy <br /> City Clerk for the purpose of conducting the 1988 Primary and <br /> General Elections. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby authorizes the City Manager to appoint and <br /> administrate the Oath of Office under State Statutes 412.151 to <br /> person appointed. <br /> Adopted this day of T , 1988. <br /> d r <br /> Ma or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> ,s. <br />
