A <br /> RESOLUTION 88-048 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A PART OF A ROAD <br /> After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Marks <br /> to .vacate a part of Oakwood Drive, <br /> now known as Foss Road, it was deemed in the interest of <br /> the public to grant the vacation. Council member Marks <br /> introduced the following resolution <br /> and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of St . Anthony that the following described property <br /> is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued: <br /> That part of Oakwood Drive, now known as Foss <br /> Road, in MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly of a line <br /> drawn from the most Southerly corner of Block 2 <br /> in said addition to its intersection with the <br /> East line of Block 4 in said addition and the <br /> Northwesterly right-of-way line of the <br /> Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St. Marie Railway <br /> AND lying Southerly of a line drawn from the <br /> Northwest corner of said Block 2 to the Northeast <br /> corner of Block 4 , .in said addition. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present <br /> to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was seconded by Councilmember Makowske <br /> and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the following <br /> voted in favor thereof: Marks, Makowske, Enrooth, Sundland <br /> and Ranallo , and the following voted <br /> against same: none <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this 21 day of December 1988 . <br /> / I / <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk" 'v <br /> Reviewed for administration: cn <br /> City Manager <br /> LLu_ <br />
