RESOLUTION 89-007 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE MINNESOTA POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL AGENCY (MPCA) <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental. Protection Agency and the <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency have executed a <br /> Cooperative Agreement for the purpose of Remedial <br /> Investigation through Remedial Action activities re- <br /> lated to the ground water contamination in the St. <br /> Anthony area; and <br /> WHEREAS, the contract attached hereto sets forth the <br /> responsibilities and tasks of the parties involved in <br /> said Remedial Action. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and <br /> Acting City Manager are hereby authorized to execute <br /> the agreement between the City and the MPCA on behalf <br /> of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1989. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST• J <br /> .City Cler <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Acting City Manager <br />
