RESOLUTION 89-009 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 1989 AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND AMERICAN <br /> - FEDERATION .OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL <br /> EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) COUNCIL 14, LOCAL 57, <br /> REPRESENTING THE ST.
