• <br /> RESOLUTION 89-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Rieke Carroll Muller, <br /> Inc. has been retained by the City of St. Anthony for the <br /> purpose and has prepared plans and specifications for the <br /> complete construction of approximately 1400 L.F. of. 5- <br /> foot wide sidewalk and appurtenant work along the north <br /> side of Kenzie Terrace N.E. (Hennepin County Highway No. <br /> 153) and has presented such plans and specifications to <br /> the Council for approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota: <br /> 1 . Such plans and specifications are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> • 2.
