Resolution <br /> Board of <br /> J?aMMYCOU12t ( COMMISS161'2ePS <br /> Presented By Commissioner McCarty Date February 13, 1990 No. 90-156 <br /> Attention: <br /> Budget & Accounting <br /> Ken Weltzin, Director, Public Works <br /> WHEREAS , In limited circumstances it has been determined that <br /> contracting winter maintenance services with municipalities can <br /> provide for improved county-wide winter road maintenance'; Now, <br /> Therefore , Be It <br /> RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby <br /> approves Ramsey County Agreement 89035 for Winter Road Maintenance <br /> Services between Ramsey County and the City of St'.
