RESOLUTION 89-032- <br /> AMENDED <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY <br /> AND 1990 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH <br /> IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the .-Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City-of St. <br /> Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a <br /> certified tax levy and 1990 budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a <br /> definitive tax levy has been collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> the tax levy for 1990 is: <br /> 1990 levy limit $1,412,080 <br /> Housing and redevelopment levy 20,000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness 72,000 <br /> TOTAL 1990 TAX LEVY $1,504,080 <br /> The 1990 budget is $3,359,212. <br /> Adopted this 11'w day of =T1990. <br /> Mayor Pro Te <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> atc <br /> • l f r <br /> r.^ <br />
