ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> BUDGET WORK SESSION <br /> August 20 , 1984 <br /> The budget work session was: called to order at 7 :02 P .M. <br /> Present: Sundl And, Ranallo, Enrooth, Marks . <br /> Absent: Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs , - City Manager; Carol Johnson, Finance <br /> Director; and Lee Entner, Fire Chief . <br /> Budgets for Civil Defense , Fire Department and Finance, Elections , <br /> City Council, General Management, Assessing and Legal were reviewed <br /> and a discussion about revenues from liquor and tax levies took <br /> place , with preliminary decisions delayed until the August 27th <br /> work session. <br /> Councilman Enrooth had a previous commitment and left the meeting <br /> at 7: 20 P.M.
