The <br /> • City and Amcon could agree to either a sale or lease of the <br /> property depending on the City's needs and desires. Amcon <br /> would lease space for a municipal liquor store. The existing <br /> '• fire station must be relocated to facilitate the redevelopment. <br /> Amcon is prepared to commence all development activities <br /> • immediately. Amcon requests execution of an agreement <br /> granting exclusive development rights. <br />• <br /> Amcon proposes to demolish the existing structure and <br /> • rebuild a new retail building of approximately 25,000 square <br /> feet.
