ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> EXHIBIT GUIDELINES <br /> Ob,jective <br /> 1. Provide a forum for civic, government, community,and volunteer groups to communicate with <br /> their constituencies. <br /> 2. Increase attendance and involvement in the Town Hall Meeting. <br /> Participants <br /> All civic, government, community,and volunteer groups with City of St. Anthony constituents. <br /> Examples of those invited are: City and County Departments; Local Service Organizations; St. <br /> Anthony Chamber of Commerce; Kiwanis; Lions; St. Anthony-New Brighton School District Board; <br /> St. Anthony Sports Boosters; etc.; and City Commissions. <br /> Exhibits <br /> 1. Plan to have your exhibit ready by 8:00 AM to accommodate early arrivals. (The Community <br /> Center/City hall opens at 7:00 AM.) The morning's schedule includes these specific times to <br /> visit the exhibits: 8:30 - 9:00 AM; 10:30 - 11:00 AM; and 12 noon - 12:30 PM. <br /> 2. Each exhibit will be provided with one table surface located in the hallway outside the main <br /> meeting room. <br /> 3. All materials must be tastefully presented. <br /> Some Tips for Exhibitors <br /> ♦ Be creative and friendly <br /> ♦ Have some give-aways, people love them! <br /> ♦ Offer a raffle.
