" after <br /> "omitted" . THie phrase was omitted when I retyped <br /> my first draft of the minutes . <br /> Page 6 , Line 52 : Insert "square" before "feet" . <br /> Page 7, Lines 14-17: Substitute as follows : <br /> "At 9 :07 P.M. , Chairman Zawislak opened the hearingto consider the <br /> request from Rapid Oil Change , Inc. for a variance to permit them <br /> to erect a, 100 square foot pylon sign on the property they have <br /> purchased from Jet Gas at 3001 - 37th Avenue N.E. , and to have two <br /> wall signs where the City Ordinance allows only one. <br /> The Chairman read the notice of the hearing which had gone out to <br /> all property owners of record within 200 feet of the subject property <br /> and which had been published in, the August 8th Bulletin. No one <br /> present reported failure to receive the notice or objected to its <br /> content. " <br /> cjk <br />
