No one <br /> 26 present reported failure to receive the Notice or objected to its <br /> 27 content. <br /> 28 Proposal: <br /> 29 *to change the zoning classification for the property at 2525 - 33rd <br /> 30 Avenue N..E. from R-1 (single family residential) to B (Service/Office <br /> 31 limited business) . No changes to existing uses of the property were <br /> proposed by Dr. Osterbauer, the applicant who has owned the building and <br /> 1 <br />
