October 14th memorandum reporting on the immediate plans <br /> 29 of the proposal and the St. Anthony Recreation Open Space Ordinance, <br /> 30 which requires that "all structures be constructed of a material and of <br /> 31 a design which is compatible with the natural environment as determined <br /> 32 by the Planning Commission and Council and which conforms with <br /> 33 applicable codes. " <br /> 34 Mr. Westberg told the Commissioners the Salvation Army plans: <br /> 35 *to reopen the stone pillared northwest entrance to the camp which <br /> 36 has remained an historic landmark in St. Anthony since the camp opened <br /> 37 in 1921; <br /> 38 *to repave the road coming into the camp and add a new parking area <br /> which would accommodate about 80 cars; <br /> 9 <br />
