APPROVAL OF JANUARY 19, 1993 MEETING MINUTES <br /> 22 <br /> Motion by Madden, second by Gondorchin to approve the minutes of the January 19, <br /> JL4 1993 Planning Commission meeting with the following corrections: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 page 3, line 7: Correct "the the" to "that the" <br /> 27 page 4, line 8: Delete the word "height <br /> 28 page 4, line 44: Delete the word "Avenues" <br /> 29 page 4, line 50: Correct "MURP" to "NURP" <br /> 30 page 5, line 20: Insert "the" between "of' and "New", insert "building" after"Market" <br /> 31 page 6, line 16: Correct "rearyard" to "rear yard" <br /> 32 page 12, line 41: Correct "by law" to "by-law" <br /> 33 page 12, line 42: Correct "by laws" to "by-laws" <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4. DESIGNATIONOF. COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MACH 9, 1993 <br /> 38 CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 39 <br /> 40 The rotation indicates it would be Commissioner Madden's turn to represent the <br /> 41 Commission at the March 9, 1993 Council Meeting. Commissioner Madden advised <br /> 42 he will not be able to attend. The rotation indicates Commissioner Gondorchin is <br /> 43 next, and Commissioner Gondorchin indicated he would attend the March 9, 1993 <br /> 44 Council Meeting. <br /> 4 <br />
