Commercial Development <br /> Mr. Saliterman appeared to discuss; revisions; in the proposed layout <br /> which had been suggested by the Planning Board to his: archite.ct at the. pre— <br /> viou& meeting (see minutes: of Rpril. 16, 1962). Because of -a loss of about <br /> 100 parking spaces in the main parking area, Mr. Saliterman felt that the <br /> suggestion was not feasible. He agreed to revise the entrance to the cen- <br /> ter from Kenzie Terrace to eliminate the. sharp corners , to provide a 30 <br /> f:oot .aisle along the easterly edge of the parking lot, to eliminate park- <br /> ing spaces near the entrance , and to permit. only one way traffic- into the <br /> parking lot on Lowry Ave. at the weste."rly entrance-. <br /> A motion was made by A. Skovran that the Planning Board recommend <br /> approval of the proposed development subject to the folllwing considera- <br /> tions: <br /> 1 . The) building be finished in brick except at the end where future. <br /> expansion will be made. <br /> 2.. Previous recommendation for landscaping along Lowry Ave. would be <br /> followed (.see minutes of April 16, 1962) <br /> 3. Recommendations of Norbert Mayer, Village Maintenance: Supervisor, <br /> be complied with (see! minutes of March 26, 1962) <br /> Motion„seconded by N.
