PLANNING BOARD XIMUTES <br /> V;11age of St. Anthony <br /> SFE-GIRL MEETING, MARCH 4, 1963 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairman. <br /> Present: Dougherty, Pocks, Skovran. Rosinek, Coulter, DiCarlo, Hanson <br /> Ahsent: None <br /> The Chairman announced that: this teas he time and place to hold the public <br /> hearing on the rezoning of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Mounds View Acres, Second <br /> Addition„ from RN2 to Muttiple Cweliing. <br /> Mr. Thuftedal, of A.M. Wordstrcm Co., apreared with drawings of proposed <br /> Multiple Q}-0-e-11ing development. After hearing all the co:ments from the prropevty <br /> owners concerned with the rezoning, it was <br /> Moved by Skovran, seconded by GiCario to close the hearing. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> After a discussion by the board nw.r9bers it was decided that the developer <br /> was not aware of the Village regulations on Multiple aelling buildings. <br /> Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Rosinek to table the rezoning until corres- <br /> pondence can be trade with the developer to i nforc, him of these regulations and <br /> • to get assurance that these regulations can be rret by him. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Hansen to instruct secretary to notify Mr. <br /> Grankow that the proposed division of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2, <br /> Soo Line Addition would be acceptable to the Planning Board. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Moved by GiCarlo, seconded by Rocks to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Stanley A.
