VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNIPG 30ARD MIOUTES <br /> March 13, 1963 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: Dougherty, Skovran, Rosinek, DiCarlo, <br /> i Jansen, Coulter <br /> The following were absent: Rocks <br /> Letter from 'Ray Haik, Village ,'Attorney, on legal interpretation of Ordinance <br /> #LL regarding multiple dwelling planning was read. <br /> Hr. Thuftedal appeared regarding the rezoning of Lots 1, 2 and 3, 3lock 7, <br /> Hounds View "Xres,, Second Addition. qtr. Thuftedal stated the developer could and <br /> would comply with all the requirements of the ordinance. <br /> iloved by Skovran, seconded by Coulter to table the rezoning for further con- <br /> sideration. <br /> • Mr. 'cargo appeared with representatives from Larson-HcClaren Architects <br /> regarding a proposed multiple development complex on Stinson 31vd. between 33rd <br /> Ave. ;1.E. and 34th Ave. N.E. The proposed development contained more units than <br /> permitted by Ord. #66. Mr.�!argo left plans and layouts of complex with the <br /> Board for examination. <br /> The Planning 3oard was requested by the Council to examine the access roads <br /> to apache and Arlan's Dept. Store. The Board will receive a map from the Village <br /> showing the streets in question. DiCarlo and Hansen appointed as a special <br /> committee to investigate these streets and submit recommendation to the Board. <br /> The Planning Board expressed its desire to meet with the School Board for <br /> an informal discussion regarding the location of the proposed addition to the <br /> elementary school . Mr. Bromme will contact superintendent of schools to arrange <br /> such meeting. <br /> Moved by Hansen, seconded by Skovran to adjourn. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Of <br /> • <br />
