VILLAGE OFST.AINTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> April 29, 1963 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:45 P.M. <br /> ..�� Present: Dougherty, Rocks, Rosinek, Hansen, Skovran, Coulter <br /> Absent : DiCarlo <br /> 0. <br /> The proposed plat of the Truchinski Addition was examined by the Board. <br /> Tlie plat met all the frontage and area requirements for single family lots. The <br /> corner lots are, however, less than the required minimum for two family dwellings. <br /> Any double bungalows considered on these lots should be brought before the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Truchinski must resubmit the proposed plat showing the changes in lot <br /> dimensions before the Board can move to approve the preliminary plat. <br /> Keith Harstad appeared with a revised plat of the area lying in the north- <br /> west corner of Silver Lane and Silver Lake Road. The revised lots were con- <br /> siderably less than the minimum sizes authorized by Ordinance No. 62. <br /> Mr. Harstad will submit another revised plat in which all of the lots will <br /> be in accordance with the Platting Ordinance, along with an application for a <br /> variation in zoning on the lots abutting Silver Lake Road. <br /> The discussion of the eighth building at Telstar Terrace was tabled until <br /> the Board can see a layout of the entire complex. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Hansen to adjourn.
