ANTHONY <br /> Planning Board Minutes <br /> May 24, 1963 <br /> The special meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called <br /> to order by the Chairman at 5:15 P.M. on Friday, May 24, 1963. <br /> The following members were present: Dougherty, DiCarlo, Hansen, Rosinek <br /> and the following were absent: Coulter, Skovran, Rocks <br /> The Board examined the proposed plat of the Harstad addition and after <br /> a short discussion it was moved by Hansen and seconded by DiCarlo to approve said <br /> proposed plat subject to the approval of the village engineers and the utilities <br /> companies, and to recommend that lots 6 and 7, Block 2 of the proposed Harstad <br /> Addition be rezoned from single family residential to two family residential. <br /> All in favor. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> A meeting has been set for Monday, June 10, 1963, at 7:30 P.M. with the <br /> Elmwood Lutheran Church. The Church will present their proposed plan for a new <br /> church to be built on Chelmsford Road and Wendhurst Ave. N.E. <br /> Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Rosinek to adjourn. <br /> All in favor. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> -�9 <br /> StanleyPeickert <br /> Secretary <br /> • <br />
