• VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> June 17, 1963 <br /> The special meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was called <br /> to order by the Chairman at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Present: Dougherty, Coulter, Hansen, DiCarlo, Rocks <br /> Absent: Rosinek, Skovran <br /> Mr. Mahlon Sandberg presented the proposed plans of World Wide, Inc. for <br /> construction of en automatic archery range on Silver Lake Road and Silver Lane. <br /> Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Coulter to approve the final plans of World <br /> Wide, Inc. as presented sub,. ect to the approval of the building inspector. <br /> All in favor, motion carried. <br /> The Board examined the portion of proposed Trunk Highway #8 within the <br /> limits of St. Anthony Village. Questions were raised which could only be an- <br /> swered by the State Highway Dept.. The Secretary of the Board was instructed <br /> to contact the State Highway Dept. and request that a representative of the <br /> Highway Dept. attend the regular July, 1963 meeting and explain the project. <br /> The Chairman stated that some of the merchants in the St. Anthony Shopping <br /> Center are concerned about the traffic and parking problem that has been created <br /> by the construction of the public library. The traffic problem was to be worked <br /> out between Mr. Gainsley and Mr. Maher, as stated at the November 19, 1963 <br /> Planning Board meeting. The Board suggests that this problem be examined by <br /> the traffic engineer. <br /> Moved by Coulter, seconded by Rocks to adjourn. <br /> All in favor, motion carried. <br /> Stanley Peickert <br /> Secretary <br /> • <br />
