ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> Planning Board Minutes <br /> July 15, 1963 <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was <br /> called to order by the Chairman at 7:45 P,M, on Monday the 15 day of <br /> .July, 1963. <br /> The following members were present: Dougherty, Rocks, Skovran, <br /> Rosinek <br /> and the following were absent: DiCarlo, Hansen, Coulter <br /> Kenneth Benson of Arvid Carlson & Sons appeared with a proposal for <br /> a 5,000 square foot building to be constructed in the St. Anthony Indust- <br /> rial Park for Scarp-Heilman Co., rubber stamp engravers. The operation <br /> did meet the requirements for the Light Industrial Classification. <br /> Moved by Rocks, seconded by Skovran to-approve the plans for the <br /> proposed building to be constructed on the Swly 100 feet of Lot 3, <br /> Block 1, St. Anthony Industrial Park, subject to •the approval of the <br /> • BuMing Inspector. All in favor, <br /> Motion Carried <br /> The. Board examined the final plans presented by Kenneth Benson for <br /> a building to be used by Bauer Welding and Metal Fabrication located on <br /> Lot 2 and the Nely 20 feet of Lot 1, Blcok 1, St, Anthony Industrial <br /> Park. <br /> Moved by Skovran, seconded by Rocks to approve the final plans sub- <br /> ject to the approval of the Building Inspector.
