ANTHONY <br /> PLANNILWC BOARD MINUTES <br /> August 5, 196; <br /> The meeting was called to order by the'Chairnan at 8:00 o1clock P.M. <br /> The following members were present: RosIneki Rocks, Hansen, Skovran <br /> and the following were absent: Doughert-+, DiCarlo, Coulter <br /> l , <br /> The request for a setback waiver for Elmer T. Paterson on Lot 15, Block 1, <br /> St. Anthony Terrace Manor Addition was discussed. Mr. Peterson wizhes to build <br /> eighteen feet from, the 34th Avenue N.E. property line. <br /> Due to the fact that the houses located on the three corner jots on 34th <br /> Ave. I.I.E. adjacent to Peterson's property are all located outside of the 30 foot <br /> set back requirement it was moved' by Hansen, seconded by Skovran the waiver be <br /> granted and the building permit be issued. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. John Johnson appeared with plans for constructing a storage and ware- <br /> house building to be used in conjunction with the Johnson Floral Co. on 33rd <br /> Ave. F!.E. and Edwards St. N.E. <br /> i <br /> • Moved by Hansen, seconded by Skovran :to approve the preliminary plans for <br /> Johnson greenhouse expansion providing the improvement belpermitted under <br /> J%.-he existing non-conforming use. permit. <br /> Moved by Frocks, seconded by Skovran to adjourn.
