ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> August 19, 1963 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 P.M. oh'Monday, <br /> August 19, 1963. <br /> Present: Dougherty$ Rosinke9 Skovran, Coulter, Rocks, Hansen <br /> Absent: Di Carlo <br /> 1. Walter Tuftedahl appeared regarding rezoning lots 1, 2 and 3. Block 7, Mounds <br /> View Acresi Second Addition. The Board questioned the effect of rezoning on the <br /> pending suit with property cl;ners along Silver Lake Rd. The Board request a <br /> written opinion from the Village Attorney on this matter. <br /> A tentative meeting was set for August 23, 1963, to examine possible rezoning. <br /> 2. Walter Friedland presented a request for rezoning his property described as <br /> Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North 39 ft. of Lot 4, Block 5, Mounds View Acres, <br /> Se^ond Addition. This request will be considered along with the request in <br /> Item No. 1 . <br /> -3. A letter from J2. C. Crouse regarding the non-conforming use of Billman's <br /> Office at 3000 - 36th Ave. N.E. was read. The Board felt that they have no <br /> jurisdiction in this matter. <br /> 4. The Board w6uld life to examine the plans- for the addition to Saliterman's <br /> portion of the St. Anthony Shopping Center if possible on August 28, 1963. <br /> Moved by Skovran, second by Coulter to adjourn.
