• PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> V'i 11age of S-4b Antholly <br /> Sept. 19; 1963 <br /> The meeting was called. to order by the Chairman at 700 P,14. <br /> Present: Dougherty, Rosinek, DiCarlo, Hsnt eh, Skovren <br /> Absent: Rocks, Coulter <br /> Mr. Daryl Vaughn of 2901 Crestview Drive requested a setback waiver to <br /> permit an addition to the existing structure which would be 26 feet from the <br /> property line. <br /> Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to approve the waiver. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> Moved by Hansen, seconded by Skovran to approve vacation of Harding Street <br /> and alley south to Lowry Ave. The agreement for maintenance of existing sewer <br /> line to be worked out between engineer and developer. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Application for zoning variance on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Mounds View <br /> Acres, Second Addition tabled. Village Attorney, Ray Haik, stated rezoning in <br /> residential classification would not affect tending suit along Silver Lake <br /> Road. Applicant to present plan combining multiple dwelling with two family <br /> buffer. <br /> Moved by DiCarlo, seconded by Hansen to adjourn. All in favor. <br /> Stanley A.
