JOSEPH STRONCEK PRESENTED A REQUEST FOR A SETBACK WAIVER ON THE SIDE <br /> YARD OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 2 OF THE WEST 2 OF LOT 20, AUDITORIS <br /> SUBDIVISION N0. 365• A PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE EXISTING DWELLING WOULD EXTEND <br /> TO WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE FUTURE 30-2 AVENUE NORTHEAST. <br /> MOVED BY SKOVRANp SECONDED BY ROSINEK TO GRANT SETBACK WAIVER* ALL IN <br /> FAVOR. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> 2. MRS. NORDSTROM CO., PRESENTED A PROPOSED <br /> PLAN FOR A MULTIPLE DWELLING COMPLEX COMBINED WITH DOUBLE BUNGALOWS ON LOTS 19 <br /> 2 AND 3, BLOCK 7: AND ALL OF BLOCK 10y MOUNDS VIEW ACRES SECOND ADDITION. <br /> VARIOUS PLANS WERE DISCUSSED WHEREUPON MR. THUFTEDAL STATED HE WOULD PREPARE A <br /> PLAN OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRESENT IT TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS. WHEN THE <br /> PLAN SEEMS SATISFACTORY TO ALL HE WILL PRESENT AN OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR REZONING <br /> FROM SINGLE & TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO MULTIPLE DWELLING. <br /> 6. A PROPOSED REVISION OF ORDINANCE #66 GOVERNING- SETBACKS FOR DETACHED <br /> ACCESSARY BUILDINGS WAS DISCUSSED. THE BOARD FELT THAT THE REVISION WAS ACCEPTIBLE <br /> MOVED BY ROCKS, SECONDED BY ROSINEK THAT THE REVISION BE PREPARED BY THE <br /> VILLAGE ATTORNEY FOR PUBLICATION AND ADDED TO ORDINANCE #66.
