A public hearing was opened for consideration of a request For rezoning by <br /> Arthur Lowell. Th-, requested rezoning was groin R-1 single farm ly to R-2, <br /> two family on the following described property: Lot 4, Block 4, Clark & <br /> King's Hennepin Gardens; 'i racts A E D, Registered Land Survey #1063; part <br /> of W. 163 ft. o; S. 1/3 of the *k of tip Slk' lying N. of the S. 258- ft. <br /> (Lots from 3117 Stinson Blvd. to 3203 Stinson Blvd.) <br /> Since there ware no objections from the residents in the area, and due to <br /> the fact that this seemed to be the most desirable and feasible devedopmant for <br /> Llai s Area, it was: <br /> Movad by Englund, seconded b7 flesenbring to approve the proposed rezoning <br /> with the understanding ti at the bui piing at 3137 Stinson Blvd. be craved to <br /> con- orm with existing setback requirements and that the property be reelatted <br /> to conform Mith m i niMUM frontage recui rem rants.
