Ray Haik, Village Attorney, attended rnaeti;-ig to advise the Doarcr in reg-ard <br /> to the rezoning of the l.eir.'ce Greenhouse property. He stated that any recommeend- <br /> ation for or against rezoning rust be accompanied by a complete report- of reasons <br /> for rezoning, conkdi i ance wi tsh code requirements, details o any vari ante rom tine <br /> code requirements, easement data. and any other i o f om;,z t i on which influenced <br /> decision— <br /> Any rezoning other then that requested by the o.vnar of property in question <br /> should be initiated by the Village Council and should be based on a spZcific <br /> davelopm.pnt plan prepared by the Council . <br /> • 2. Hobie Swan appeared with plans and description of proposed relocation of <br /> trailers within the l.oJrry Grove H;obi le (tome Pari;. Sir. Howi tz stepped down as <br /> chairman and qtr. Coulter presided during discussion of this item regarding Mr. <br /> Stan's proposal. The pork involved is grading and installation of serer and <br /> crater lines. Dora Partridge appeared with preliminary development plans for the residential <br /> strip north of Apache Plaza. Mr. Partridge was inforraed of the existing dansity <br /> requi rerients and was asked to atte;rpt to conforn3 to thase requirements. After a <br /> lengthy discussion and suggestions for revision of the plan, tor.
