Robert Tousley presented final plans for construction of a Car Wash on <br /> Stinson Boulevard and 38th Avenue N.E. The pians were approved by the <br /> Village Council at their July 28, 1964 meeting subject to approval of <br /> the Planning Board. <br /> Moved by Springer seconded by Mesenbring to approve elle plans as presenLed <br /> except that; the brick exterior be extended up to the bottom of the sign <br /> letters and subject to approval of the Building Inspector and Village <br /> Engineer. <br /> A13 in Favor <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> �. Rodney Billman presented a request ger a waiver of a side yard requirement <br /> from 30 ft. to 27 ft. along Maple�vood Drive on Lot 16, Block y, Wilshire <br /> Park 4th Addition. <br /> Moved by Emond seconded by Coulter to grant a waiver of side yard requirement <br /> on said lot:. <br /> All in Favor <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 3.
