ANTHONY <br /> • PL.ANMI€ G BOARD MINUTES <br /> August 18, 1964 <br /> The metinn was called to order by the chairman. <br /> The following members .-mre present; Howitz, Springer, Ertond, Englund, Mesenbring, <br /> Coulter, Sovlden <br /> Absent-. done <br /> The Chairman keicomed Mr. Richard Sodden to the St. Anthony Village Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Sodden took the place of Erik Rocks who resigned as of August 1, 1964. <br /> Correction: August. 4, 1964 minutes: Brick to extend to roof eaves. <br /> 1 . The Board examined the application for a Building P£rmit by Rodney Biliman to allow <br /> placement of three signs. There was no as to the type or location of <br /> the signs. -'his information neust be obtained before ti-he permit can b: considered. <br /> 2. The Board received a petition from the property owners along Stinson Blvd. regarding <br /> rezoning of their property from cotxnercial to single family residential. The <br /> • petition was accepted and i i led to be considered at the public nearing oil Tuesday, <br /> Septerker 1, 1964. <br /> 3. Robert Tousley presented an architects skotch of the Apache Car Wash with stucco <br /> around the Lipper Part of tha bui frling to contrast wi th the si gn letters. <br /> Moved by Emond to allow Mr. .Tousley to use 4-112 feet of stucco around the top of <br /> tie bu 3ding. This motion died for lack of a second. <br /> The boards recommndation of August' 4, i964 will remain unchanged, <br /> 4. Pahl Johnson presen�s':ed a proposed revision of ::he original plot plan for develoEmrrt <br /> of Block 10, mounds Vie,.,. Acres Second Addition. The revision was to turn the <br /> buildings to front on Macalaster Drive rather than face each other. <br /> 14aved by Springer seconded by Englund to deny the revision or L1e plot plan due to <br /> he shortage of frontage along Macalastar causing substandard driveways. and side <br /> yards, <br /> All in savor. The motion carried. <br /> Mr. Johnson also presen- ed a proposed division of Lot 1, Block 10, Mound's View <br /> Acres Second Addition. <br /> Moved by Springer seconded by Sc den to approve the division as shown on survey. <br /> All in favor-. The i-riation carried. <br />
