VILLAGE OF S A "HONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD h1NUTES <br /> NOVE14BER 17, 1964 <br /> iiia meeting was called to order by the acting chairman, Coulter. <br /> Coulter, Emond, Sowden, Springer, Mesenbring <br /> Ab4ent: Howitz, Englund <br /> Minutes of October 20 and November 3, 1964 were approved as read. <br /> W. M. Caldwell presented pian for constructing a house on part of Lot 13 lying <br /> W of E 80 ft., Block 4, Murray Heights Second Unit said lot being 52.63 ft. by <br /> 132 ft. and located at the SE corner of Stinson Blvd. and 30th Avenue N.E. <br /> Moved by Springer seconded by Sowden to grsnt a variance from the minimum set back <br /> minimum frontage, minimum lot area, and minimum rear yard requirements providing <br /> that the roof eves are no closer than 5 ft. to the rear lot line and that the <br /> driveway be long enough to provide for parking of a car entirely within private <br /> property. <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> 2. Mr. Walbon presented possible layouts for development of the property at <br /> 33rd Avenue U. E. and Highcrest Road. It was suggested by the chairman that <br /> Mr. Walbon inform the neighboring property owners of his plan and make formal <br /> request for rezoning to the planning board. <br /> 3. Y. A. Korsunsky presented final plans for a nursing home to be constructed <br /> on part of Lot 8 and all of Lots 9 & 10, Block 11, Mounds View Acres Second Add. <br /> Moved by Springer to table action. After discussion the motion was withdrawn. <br /> Moved by Springer seconded by Mesenbring to approve plans subject to approval of <br /> the Village attorney with regard to the use classification as established in <br /> Ordinance No. 66; also providing that 15 additional parking spaces be included <br /> in the plan. If the property is not properly zoned a public hearing will be held <br /> on Tuesday, December 15, 1964, to consider issuing a special use permit. <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> 4. Walter Bieger presented a request for a side yard requirement waiver of from <br /> 30 ft. to 27 ft. 4 in. to allow addition of a bedroom onto the existing home at <br /> 3015 Rankin Road. <br /> Moved by Sowden seconded by Emond to grant waiver providing that the approval of <br /> the owner at 3300 Croft Drive be obtained. <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br />
