VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MARCH 16, 1965 <br /> 1, CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony !'M age Planning Board was called to <br /> order by Chairman Coulter on Tuesday, Ma;-ch 16, 1965 at 7:45 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call. <br /> Thomas Coulter <br /> Peter Di Carl o <br /> Thomas Emond <br /> Curtis Englund <br /> Robert Mesenbring <br /> Clement Springer <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Louis Howitz <br /> Also present were the Building Inspector and the Secretary. <br /> 3. MTNLrrES <br /> Upon order of the chairman the minutes of the meeting of February 16, 1965 were <br /> approved as corrected. <br /> 4, PUILIC HEARINGS <br /> The chairman announced that this was the time and place to hold a public <br /> hearing on the request from Irving Walbon to rezone property at 33rd Ave. N.E. <br /> and Old Highway 8. The rezoning request was opened for discussion at which <br /> time all interested parties and neighboring property owners were heard. <br /> Upon order of Chairman Coulter the hearing was adjourned until Apri1 ,20, 1965 <br /> because of a technical difficulty in official publication of the hearing. <br /> 5. ORDINANCE VARIATIONS <br /> Upon motion by Englund seconded by Springer it was moved to recommend granting <br /> setback waivers from 30 feet to 24 feet. on Roosevelt Street, from 30 feet to <br /> 26 feet measured parallel to the west side of the structure on St. Anthony Road <br /> and from 25 feet to 10 feet rear yard depth on Lot 18, Block 5, Clark b Kings <br /> Hennepin Gardens as requested by Raymond J. Swenson. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br />
