Upon
discussion, Mr. Reimann concluded that if the need ever arose, access and
egress to Silver Lake Road would be limited and controlled by one way traffic
lanes. After considerable discussion of the other metropolitan area 's requirements
on the land coverage, parking, height requirements, etc., it was concluded //
that establishment of a minimum multiple dwelling land area size of 12,000 tv2
sq. ft. plus 2400 sq. ft. of land for each additional one bedroom unit, 2800
sq. ft. for each additional two bedroom unit, 3200 sq. ft. for each additional
three bedroom unit would result in no appreciable change in the present density
requirements. This would, in fact, help eliminate the tendency for extra
large buildings.
Acting Chairman, Springer, suggested the Planning Board give this matter
further study and consideration. He further suggested that tables of
comparison be made of this suggested requirement with the present density
• requirements.
Upon motion by Emond, seconded by Englund, it was moved to adjourn.
Motion carried.
James G.
