E. corner of 39th Avenue, and MocAloster <br /> Drive). <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by Di Carlo it was moved to recommend toa) <br /> the Council to accept plans as presented. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> • 9. A. After considerable discussion, it was moved by Emond, seconded by <br /> Mesenbring to defer action on multiple dwelling densities as contained in <br /> Ordinance No. 66, until further comparisons and studies are made. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Upon request of Gust Friedland, a preposed division of lots 7 and 3, <br /> Glock 6, Mounds View Acres, 2nd /-Addition, was presented to reafirm the <br /> previous planning board approval of Oct. 15, 1962. <br /> The division consisted of four 72.5' x 134.5' lots, and two 86 x 134.5 ft <br /> lots. The 72.5' lots would require a 2.5' variance in lot width to meet <br /> Ordinance No. 62. <br /> Upon motion by Mesenbring, seconded by DiCorlo, it was moved to recommend that <br /> the Council approve said preposol . <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16.
