VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> September 21 , 1965 <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:30 P.M. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> DiCarlo Mesenbring <br /> Hoti'ai tz Emond <br /> Springer Englund <br /> Coulter <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting of August 17, 1965, were <br /> read and approved as submitted. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. ORDINAH CE VARIATIONS <br /> Mr. Richard Puffer appeared to request preliminary platting <br /> • approval to divide two 125'x 1331lots into four 62.5' x 133 ' lots. <br /> Upon motion by Springer, seconded by Mesenbring, it was <br /> moved to table the request to the next meeting. The attorney was <br /> asked to report on the legal status of .the property and Mr. Puffer's <br /> neighbor, Mr. Barrett was asked to appear at that time. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 6. ZONING VARIATIONS <br /> A letter was received from Mr. De Luce requesting a variance <br /> on the lot width at 36th and Edwards from 75' to 60' width. <br /> Upon motion by Springer, seconded by DeCarlo, it was moved <br /> to table action to the next meeting and have Mr. DeLuce appear <br /> in person. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Mr. Irving 11albon appeared to request rezoning of (see agenda <br /> #6). lie also presented sketches for a proposed town house to make <br /> use of two lots of the property. Mr. DiCarlo recommended the <br /> neighbors be polled regarding their feelings on the town houses. <br /> No further action was taken. <br />
