CALL TO ORDER i <br /> The regular meeting of the St. Anthony Village Planning Board was <br /> called to order by Chairman Protem Springer on Tuesday, October 19, 1965, <br /> at 7:30 P.M. <br /> 2, ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call. <br /> Clement Springer <br /> Louis Howitz <br /> Robert Mesenbring <br /> Thomas Englund <br /> Thomas Emond (in at 7:55 p.m.) <br /> Absent: <br /> Thomas Coulter <br /> Peter Di Carlo <br /> Also present was acting Planning Board Secretary James Shaughnessy. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> ,'l Upon motion by Howitz, seconded by Mesenbring, it was moved to waive <br /> reading and to approve minutes of the regular meeting of September 21, 1965. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4a PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. ORDINANCE VARIATIONS <br /> A. Chairman Pro—tem SpringeryndVed to table Mr. Dan Burrill requests for <br /> a sign permit on triangular parcel of land (zoned residential) on <br /> Kenzie Terrace between Ste Anthony, Firestone Garage and American <br /> Legion Building, until Mra Burrill appears to present his request. <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> B. Mr. John Bogucki of Rodney Billmans Inca appeared and presented a <br /> request to build a house at 3320 Edgemere Avenue N. E., Lot 16, <br /> Block 3, Wilshire Park 3rd Addition. The request indicated a <br /> variance would enable the buyer to face the principal street, which <br /> is in continuity with the existing development. The buyer would like <br /> to avoid facing the house toward Elmwood Church's parking lot„ <br /> Upon motion by Howitz, seconded by Mesenbring to recommend to <br /> the council to grant• a 12 foot variance from Chelmsford as requested. <br /> Al 1 in ;avor,;. :~�: .. • _ Motion carried <br />
