PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> NOVEMBER 9, 1965 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. <br /> Members Present: <br /> Emond, Di Carlo, Englund, Mesenbring, <br /> Absent : <br /> Coulter, hiowitz, Springer <br /> Also present was the acting secretary, James Shaughnessy <br /> Mr. Hartman presented his request for a 15 foot side yard variance at 2521- <br /> 36th Avenue N.E. on that part of Lot 12 lying E of V,' 115 ft. thereof, Block 2, <br /> Clark & Kings Garden Tract. <br /> He also submitted a written statement from Mr. Clarkson, adjacent property <br /> owner at 2517 - 36th !Avenue N.E., who agrees to the variance. <br /> Moved by Englund seconded by Emond to recommend to the council that a <br /> 13 foot variance from 36th Street with a 9' interior side yard be granted. <br /> All in favor. Motion Carried. <br /> James Shaughnessy, Building Inspector, presented his preliminary draft of <br /> the Sign Ordinance. The Planning Board reviewed the contentsin full . The <br /> preliminary draft, incorporating all suggestion agreed upon by the Board, is <br /> to be resubmitted at the November 16th meeting for further analysis. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 P.M. <br /> S/James Shaughnessy <br /> Acting Secretary <br />
