PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> October 18, 1966 <br /> 1. Call to Order <br /> The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Pro-tem Englund, at 7:40 P.M. on Tuesday October 18, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Mesenbring, Donald Kronk, Duane Miedtke, Fred Katterheinrich, <br /> Curtis Englund <br /> Absent: Louis Howitz, Dr. Thomas Emond <br /> Also present was Harry Lekson <br /> 3. Minutes <br /> The Minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 1966 were approved <br /> as submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings <br /> None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> Rodney Billman requests approval to take 3 feet of lot 8, Block 5, Wilshire <br /> Park 4th Addition and add 3 feet to lot 7 to make it 80 feet wide. Upon motion <br /> by Miedtke, seconded by Mesenbring it was moved to recommend to the Council <br /> to grant the lot division. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations <br /> None <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> None <br /> 8. Bui Wing Permits <br /> Stephen Lieberman of Kiddie Koncessions Inc., requests a permit to install <br /> a new Snack Bar in Apache Plaza. Upon motion by Kronk, and seconded by <br /> Katterheinrich, it was moved to recommend the Council to approve this permit <br /> as requested. <br /> S' Motion Carried. <br />
