The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by Chairman <br /> Howitz at 7:45 P.M. on Tuesday, November 15, 1966. <br /> 2. The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Mesenbring, Donald Kronk, Duane Miedtke, Dr. Thomas Emond, Louis <br /> Howitz, Curtis Englund <br /> Absent : Fred Katterheinrich <br /> Also Present: Harry Lekson <br /> 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of October 18, 1966 were approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings <br /> None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. Upon motion by Howitz seconded by Kronk it was moved that the request <br /> of Rodney Billman to divide 7.6 feet of width from Lot 10, Block 5, Wilshire <br /> Park, 4th Addition and add it to Lot 9, Block 5, Wilshire Park, 4th Addition <br /> be approved by the Council. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> b. Upon motion by Miedtke seconded by Englund it was moved that the req- <br /> uest of Fred W. Odell to divide lot 1, and part of lot 2, Block 5, Mounds View <br /> Acres, 2nd Addition be approved by the Council. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> c. Upon motion by Howitz, seconded by Kronk it was moved that the request <br /> by Horton Connett to divide 5 ft. of lot 2, Block 1, Pat Pen Addition and <br /> add it to Lot 3, Block 1, Pat Pen Addition be approved by the Council. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> d. Upon motion by Englund, seconded by Mesenbring the request by Amelia <br /> W. Nash to divide Lot 3, Block 4, Clark and Kings Garden Tracts was not <br /> approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> e. The request of Joe Malet to add 20 ft. to the rear of his existing <br /> double garage was not voted on at this time. The Planning Board would like <br /> to see a detailed plan of how this will affect his rear yard. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations - None <br /> 7. Old Business - None <br />
